Den 2010 Desert 400 var den andra händelsen av 2010 V8 Supercar Championship Series . Det hölls helgen 25–27 februari på Bahrain International Circuit , i Manama , Bahrain . Detta var första gången evenemanget hölls sedan 2008 , och för första gången använde V8 Supercars hela Grand Prix Circuit, som användes för Bahrain Grand Prix , snarare än den tidigare Paddock Circuit som de australiska sedans använde 2006–2008.

Försvarande seriemästare Jamie Whincup gjorde ett rent svep av V8 Supercar Mellanösterns gren av mästerskapet. Whincup följde sina två segrar på Yas V8 400 2010 med ytterligare två segrar för att ha perfekta 600 poäng från säsongens fyra första lopp. Mark Winterbottom var bäst av resten under hela helgen med ett par andra positioner och Craig Lowndes och Shane van Gisbergen delade tredje platserna.
