Vincent Powell -Smith - Vincent Powell-Smith
Vincent Powell -Smith (28 april 1939 - 14 maj 1997) var en brittisk advokat , professor i juridik och juridisk författare. Han skrev också under pennnamnen Justiciar och Francis Elphinstone .
Powell-Smith föddes i Westerham , Kent, England och dog i Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia. Han efterlämnar två döttrar, Amanda Jane och Helena Alexia. Powell-Smith begravdes i St. Mary's Cathedral, Kuala Lumpur , den 15 maj 1997.
