Den 2017-18 Miami Heat säsong var den 30: e säsongen av koncessionen i medborgarebasket (NBA).

Den 8 februari 2018 NBA-handelsfristen förvärvade Heat stjärnskytten Dwyane Wade från Cleveland Cavaliers i utbyte mot ett framtida val av andra omgång, efter att ha tappat honom till fri byrå i juli 2016.

Trots en förlust mot Oklahoma City Thunder den 9 april 2018 fick Heat en slutspelsplats för åttonde gången på tio säsonger. Dessutom vann de sin division den 11 april till följd av en övertidsvinst över Toronto Raptors , liksom en förlust av Washington Wizards mot Orlando Magic . The Heat avslutade den ordinarie säsongen med ett rekord på 44–38, som fick det sjätte fröet i Eastern Conference -slutspelet. Detta gjorde Heat till det lägsta seedade slutspelslaget som vann ett divisionmästerskap sedan NBA ändrade slutspelet sådd 2016.

I slutspelet mötte de 3: e fröet Philadelphia 76ers i första omgången och besegrades i 5 matcher.

Det var den första NBA-säsongen utan Chris Bosh sedan säsongen 2002-03
